THE REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION OF CYP1A1 mRNA IN RAT BRAIN AND THE EFFECT OF DELTAMETHRIN ON THE EXPRESSION OF CYP1A1

摘要: 目的:研究CYP1A1 mRNA 在大鼠脑内的分布以及溴氰菊酯对其影响。方法:采用RT - PCR 及cDNA dot blot 方法检测大鼠不同脑区CYP1A1 mRNA 的表达。结果:大鼠脑区CYP1A1 mRNA 分布不一致,在所检测的脑区中,下丘脑最丰富,其次是皮层、小脑;在溴氰菊酯1/ 10 LD50 (12. 5 mg. kg - 1 . d - 1) 腹腔注射连续5d 的作用下,溴氰菊酯对大鼠脑内CYP1A1 mRNA有明显的抑制作用,并以皮层和下丘脑为甚。结论:CYP1A1 mRNA 在大鼠脑内的分布不一致,溴氰菊酯抑制脑内CPY1A1mRNA 的表达。

Abstract: Purpose : The purpose of the present study was to investigate the regional dist ribution of CYP1A1 mRNA in rat brain and the effect of Deltamethrin on CYP1A1 gene expression. Methods : By the methods of RT2PCR and dot blot analysis. Results : By the methods of RT2PCR and dot blot , it was revealed that the regional dist ribution of CYP1A1 mRNA varied in different brain ; Deltamethrin inhibited the expression of CYP1A1 mRNA , especially in cerebral cortex , under the t reatment of Deltamethrin with the dose of 12. 5mg.kg - 1 . d - 1 ip. for five days. Conclusion : These result s demonst rated that Deltamethrin markedly inhibited CYP1A1 gene expression.
